We have awarded two prizes to the future of mountain biking. Pauline Steines and Seth Warner have each won a two day program to Mountain Biking School. Warrior Pauline had a comfortable win and looks to do well in anything that she does- hopefully it's in mountain biking.
Too cool Seth Warner smiled his way to victory. He's got the talent and personality to go far in mountain biking.
We look forward to upgrading these two young guns to dominate future races.

In between the storms riden
So I ended up going out today. It was for sure slick. I've got to say the bike handled well. Having such a great platform under my feet, I always had a great sense of what was going on with the tires and how much contact/ grip I had. Between my super grippy shoes and platform's today I had great power transform in the mud because of such a sensitive interface between the two.
When it rains
Off bike/trail motion. Just because the trails are wet doesn't mean you can't work on being stronger on the bike. Do some road riding, balance ball technique for balance, and push ups.

What a gorgeous day to be out riding. Doing some road and trail riding today. Gonna concentrate on pedal stroke in both applications.
